I made good money as Ambassador of Dangote Salt – Kannywood actress

Aisha Humaira who started acting in the year 2018, is a Fulani from Gombe State, but was born and brought up in Kano, in Nasarawa quarters. In this interview with Saleh Inuwa, she speaks on the conflicting development concerning her impending marriage to Bashir Maishaddah.

How is the preparation for your wedding with Bashir Maishaddah next month? We saw the pre-wedding pictures and they are beautiful.

This is the second time this thing is happening to me, I am extremely grateful because the news about marriage for a lady is a welcome development, but I am not getting married to Bashir or anybody, for now. I am yet to reach my peak in the industry, similarly, I am now the ambassador of Dangote Salt, which means for the number of years I will serve as their ambassador, I must remain single, but I have no regrets because I am still making money from the salt company.

Your marriage to Salisu S. Fulani ended so quickly, why?

Long laughter, it was a picture we took when we were shooting a film and some of our colleagues liked it and posted it on social media. Some for good and others for mischief. I never married, I don’t even want to fall in love, I want a trouble-free life.

When you joined the industry you became a star so fast, is it because you are beautiful or you’ve compromised? Remember what Naziru said recently that no beautiful lady will join Kannywood without the producers and directors taking them to bed?

If by saying that I made it fast because I am beautiful, you are partially correct. I am quite aware that God created me a beautiful woman, secondly, my first film ‘Hafeez’ was directed by Ali Nuhu and it ended up to be a wonderful film since then I have been getting more roles, there is nothing like compromising my body.

What is your comment about Aisha Tsamiyya and Hafsat Idris’s secret marriage, and if Maishaddah propose to you will you marry him?

Bashir Maishaddah is my boss, equally, he is handsome, but next month he is getting married, Hassana Muhammad that he will marry is my friend don’t put me in trouble. About secret marriage, well they have their reason, I am happy for them that they got married peacefully without any scandal, I wish them all the best and for their marriage to last.
