“I want to contest because I have noticed that Kaduna State has never suffered the way it is suffering under the Nasiru El-Rufai administration. Teachers were sacked without payment, markets were destroyed, roadside businesses were eliminated and even civil servants were sacked in their thousands.
Above all, Kaduna is one of the states in the North that is no longer safe, every day you will hear of attacks and killings. Two serving lawmakers from the state were killed by gunmen only last week, 34 innocent people were killed on Zaria road and that is why I have decided to contest again to give my people purposeful leadership.“
