It’s new dawn as Yobe Governor and Chairman APC Caretaker/Extraordinary National Convention Committee, Hon. Mai Mala Buni formally received Ebonyi State Governor, David Umahi and thousands of his supporters into the APC.
Governor David Umahi is one of the leading Governor in the South East and the Igbo nation, his defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC) is a victory to the Party’s National Chairman, Hon. Mai Mala Buni, who is working very hard to rebuild and put it on good stead as a credible and vibrant party institution acceptable across Nigeria.
Governor Buni is leaving no stone unturned in rebuilding the governing APC as a credible national party of the progressives for the survival of democracy.
He is making sure that APC is a party for all Nigerians irrespective of any affiliations, be it, tribe, religion, region, among others.
With Governor Buni at the helm of affairs, the APC is not only waxing stronger and stronger, but it is also making a great inroad into the South East to dislodge the PDP.
APC as a party is already moving forward in the region and had a lot of chances of winning 2023 elections.
Umahi coming to the party has added more advantage to the party. So, it is good as we are going to sleep because we are certainly going to win the 2023 election in the state.
