Kannywood actress, Laila, gives birth a year after marrying soulmate

Popular Kannywood actress, Maryam Wazeery, also known as, Laila, has put to bed, a year after her marriage.

Maryam Wazeery who until recently became a popular actress in the Labarina Hausa Film series is a Master’s Degree holder from the University of Maiduguri.

It could be recalled that the beautiful damsel got married to her soul mate, Tijjani Babangida, last year and their wedding happened to be one of the biggest in the history of the movie industry.

Mrs Wazeery and her husband named their new baby Fadeel. She also used the occasion to seek prayers from the general public for God almighty to bless her child.

In 2020, Maryam Wazeery came into the limelight for her appearance in the movie titled “Labarina”. A movie which was produced by Saira Movies featuring Naziru Sarkin Waka, Daddy Hikima, Hadiza Muhammad, and others.

Maryam is an outstanding actress who was fully into the movie industry before her marriage. She was also regarded to be one of the most experienced Hausa film actresses in Kannywood.
