Nollywood actress Ruth Kadiri attacks Ekiti chef trying to break Hilda Baci’s record

Renowned Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri, has attacked Damilola Adeparusi, an Ekiti chef who is attempting to breaking Hilda Baci’s unofficial 100-hour cook-a-thon record.

This comes barely 24 hours following reports that Chef Dami has embarked on a mission to cook for 120 hours in Oye Local Government Area in Ekiti State.

Recall that Neptune Prime in May reported how Hilda Baci broke Indian Chef, Lata Tondon’s Guinness World Record of 87 hours, 45 minutes, and 00 seconds to emerge as the new record holder.

However, Chef Dami’s journey to overturn yet-to-be-confirmed Hilda Baci’s record has received backlash from Nigerians one of which is from the actress.

Chef Dami was called out for lacking emotional intelligence and originality.

The actress in her opinion said chef should have at least allowed Hilda to enjoy her win for a while before attempting to break

In a now-deleted post, the mother of two wrote:

“They won’t think for themselves, but the moment you do it, everyone starts realising they can do it too. They can’t even wait for her euphoria to settle.

“Meet Nigerians, my people.”
