Obi slams Tinubu: ‘It’s unfair to ask Nigerians to fast while you indulge’

In a recent interview with journalists, Obi asserted that Tinubu should be held accountable for Nigeria’s current economic woes.

“Cost of governance under Tinubu is criminal and unacceptable. You can’t ask people to fast while you’re feasting,” Obi asserted.

Recent Developments

Recent reports have highlighted President Tinubu’s lavish spending on:

1. Presidential Jet Upgrades: Estimated costs range from ₦50 billion to ₦100 billion (approximately $125 million to $250 million USD).

2. Luxury Vehicles: Tinubu is alleged to have purchased several high-end cars, including armored vehicles, for personal use.

3. Foreign Trips: Critics argue that Tinubu’s frequent international travels are both unnecessary and costly.
