Gov. Buni distributes ₦100,000 cash gifts to APC executives in Sallah gesture

Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, has extended a generous hand to the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, approving the payment of ₦100,000 to each executive member as a Sallah support package.
The financial gesture, which was distributed to party officials across the state, is aimed at enabling them to celebrate the Eid al-Fitr holiday with ease and happiness. It also serves as a token of appreciation for their dedication to the party’s ideals.
Presenting the cash gifts at the event, the state APC Chairman, Alhaji Muhammad Gadaka, who represented Governor Buni, called on the beneficiaries to remain loyal and steadfast. He described the governor’s action as a reflection of his commitment to the welfare of party structures.
“This is not just a gift; it is an encouragement from our leader, Governor Mai Mala Buni. We must show our appreciation by working harder for the success of the party,” Gadaka said.
In their response, party executives Hon. Budu Lawan and Mani Ahmad praised the Governor for his thoughtfulness. They assured him of their readiness to mobilise support and ensure the party’s victory in the forthcoming elections.
The event also had in attendance the Special Adviser to the Governor on Political and Legislative Matters, Alhaji Usman Kabaruma, and other key stakeholders of the party in the state.
