APC Chairman dies in U.S
Isaac Omodewu, chairman of the Oyo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has died. He was reported to have passed away in the United States of America (USA).
Omodewu had left Nigeria in November 2023 for a medical trip.
He, however, succumbed to his illness after close to a year of receiving treatment for an undisclosed ailment in the USA, where he was a citizen.
“Our chairman has died,” he simply said.
Omodewu, who hailed from Otu in Itesiwaju Local Government Area (LGA) of Oyo State, served as a commissioner under the administration of the late former Governor Abiola Ajimobi.
Recently, he had completed his law degree and graduated from law school.
