President Buhari arrives NASS, to present 2021 budget

President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived at the National Assembly for the presentation of the 2021 budget.

He arrived at exactly 11:03 am through the lower entrance of the zero floors.

It was the first time the President came through the entrance having always entered the Chamber through the basement.
