Rep. donates 3000 rams, N250m to constituents for sallah celebration
Rep. Aminu Jaji, representing the APC-Zamfara constituency, has embarked on a philanthropic mission by purchasing 3000 rams for distribution to his constituents and members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the state.
Alongside this gesture, he has allocated N250 million for disbursement to individuals, orphans, and vulnerable groups across Zamfara State as part of the Eid-el-Kabir welfare packages.
The announcement came through a statement signed by Aliyu Abubakar, the State Chairman of Jaji’s Coordinating Committee, issued in Gusau on Saturday.
Rep. Jaji, who chairs the House Committee on Ecological Funds, represents the Kaura-Namoda/Birnin-Magaji Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
According to Abubakar, the distribution of rams and cash is not limited to specific groups but aims to assist all Muslim faithful, particularly APC members and less-privileged families, in celebrating the Eid-el-Kabir festival joyfully.
The beneficiaries encompass a wide range of individuals, including state and local government executives of the party, party elders, former political office holders, former local government council chairmen and councilors, as well as various APC associations, among others.

Additionally, the welfare packages extend to Islamic scholars, orphans, youths, and women APC support groups, demonstrating Rep. Jaji’s commitment to inclusive support within the community.
He emphasized the significance of the first 10 days of the Zulhijjah and Eid-el-Kabir period, urging Muslims to intensify prayers for sustainable peace and stability in Zamfara State and the nation as a whole.
This initiative reflects Rep. Aminu Jaji’s dedication to the welfare and celebration of his constituents, ensuring that the spirit of generosity and unity thrives during the festive season.
