Security personnel missing after bandit attack on Adabka village
Several security personnel are missing following an armed bandit attack on the outskirts of Adabka Village in Bukkuyum Local Government Area of Zamfara State.
Security analyst Zagazola Makama reported on Friday via X that the incident occurred on Thursday night at about 8:32 p.m., when a large group of bandits invaded the village, abducting several residents.

Joint security forces swiftly responded, resulting in a fierce gun battle.
During the clash, four abducted villagers were rescued. However, two officers from the Police Mobile Force (PMF) and seven members of the Civilian Joint Task Force (JTF) remain unaccounted for.

Search and rescue operations are currently underway to locate the missing security personnel and any other abducted individuals.
