Senator Wamakko’s cousin gives lady he never met N500,000
Story from Saleh INUWA, Kano
A female politician, Maimuna Yusuf, who went to Sokoto to campaign for former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, was shocked when one Khamaludeen Abubakar sent her the sum of N500,000 for fruits.

Maimuna Yusuf was in Sokoto for some days campaigning among supporters of Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal and other PDP followers to decamp and support the presidential ambition of the Wazirin Adamawa, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

All those she met, she gave a sum of money that would convince some of them to join her group, but she was told of one young man Khamaludeen Abubakar that is busy campaigning hard also to ensure that APC did not lose its members in Sokoto State.

She got his number through his friends and asked him if he will support their movement, she will send him N10,000 to buy a recharge card or any other thing of his choice. He replied her by saying that he is not new to money and nobody can come to Sokoto and influence their political decision with money.

So he asked her to continue her campaign among those that need her money and similarly, he asked her to send him her account number, so that he will send her a token for shopping. When she sent him the account, though they never met or even saw each other’s pictures, she received the transfer of N500,000 and they now exchanged their pictures through social media.

He told her to use it for small shopping, but if she attempts to woo him again with money, he would make his own to be one million or give her a car
