Shettima’s nomination as VP candidate, reward for patriotic service – Hadizatu Mustapha
A former Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court, Hadizatu Uwani Mustapha has congratulated the former governor of Borno State Kashim Shettima for emerging as the Vice Presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), describing his nomination as a reward for patriotic service.
In a letter personally signed by the former registrar and made available to Neptune Prime, Hadizatu Mustapha said Shettima’s nomination confirmed his patriotic services rendered in national interest over the years and promised to collaborate with the former governor in advancing his political campaign.

“It is with gratitude to Allah SWT that I write to congratulate you on your nomination as the running mate to the presidential candidate of APC, H.E Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu. This nomination is a reward and confirmation of your patriotic services rendered in national interest over the years.
“The outpouring of goodwill messages from our state and outside is a mark of a testimony of your leadership which many of us have always discussed in public.
“My family and l are praying for victory at the polls and wish you Allah’s guidance and wisdom to navigate the hurdles of leadership that will be vested in you come 2023 general elections.
“I shall collaborate with you in my little way to advance your political campaign by all means. I am at your service should you find me useful and capable to handle any assignment you may deem fit for me to execute,” she emphasised.
