Boat carrying 100 passengers, merchandise sinks in Niger river Niger State Emergency Management Agency (NSEMA) has reported a boat mishap in Borgu Local Government area of the state, involving a vessel with approximately 100 passengers on board. The agency's Director-General, Alhaji Abdullahi Baba-Arah, confirmed the incident in a statement issued in Minna on Monday.
