Gov. Sani Bello allocates over 62% of N198 billion to capital expenditure in 2022 Governor Abubakar Sani Bello has presented over N198.2 billion 2022 budget proposal to the Niger State House of Assembly, with a capital expenditure of N124.08 billion representing 62.59% and recurrent expenditure of N74.1 billion representing 37.41%. This was contained in a statement signed by Mary Noel-Berje, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Niger State.
