NSCDC arrests 85-year-old kidnapper for abducting neighbour's son Operatives of the Nigeria Security Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Ungoggo division, Kano State Command, have arrested a suspected kidnapper, Ibrahim Usman, at the Yar’Adua Quarters, Rimin Kebe, Ungoggo Local Government Area of the state.
