Gunmen attack Kogi state gov'ship tribunal secretary, steal sensitive documents The Kogi State Police Command has revealed that gunmen, on Monday, attacked the secretary of the state governorship election tribunal, Mr David Umar Mike, and stole petition materials pertaining to the state's just concluded gubernatorial election in Lokoja.
