From Sa'adatu MAINA, Damaturu The Police Command in Yobe says it has arrested one 37-year-old Abubakar Musa, an Assistant Head Teacher, for allegedly raping a 10-year-old pupil (name withheld), in Jajere, Fune Local Government Area of the state.
