The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of the House of Representatives, on Wednesday, urged the Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS), Alhaji Muhammad Manman Nami to immediately tender his resignation from the office if he is not capable of discharging his constitutional responsibilities.
