Former Governor Ambode's chef remanded over alleged theft of valuables worth millions from his Ikoyi home Former Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode's chef, Victor Abayomi, was brought before a Sabo-Yaba Chief Magistrates' Court in Lagos on Monday on accusations of stealing valuable items worth millions from the governor's Ikoyi residence. Chief Magistrate Mr. Peter Nwaka ordered Abayomi to be remanded in Ikoyi Correctional Centre for 30 days pending further investigation and presentation of facts in court.
