Gov. Zulum bemoans FG’s de-radicalization programme, says repentant Boko Haram members now serve as informants

The Chairman of the Northeast Governors Forum and Borno State Governor, Prof. Babagana Zulum, has lamented that the issue of de-radicalization of Boko Haram terrorists saying that the safe corridor initiative has not worked in line with expectation.
