Tension in Abuja as soldiers, Wike’s aides clash over building demolition Tension escalated in Sabon Lugbe, Abuja, on Wednesday during a demolition exercise conducted by officials of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA). The operation reportedly turned violent when soldiers confronted the team, allegedly assaulting members and seizing vehicles. The enforcement team, acting on directives to remove illegal structures, targeted a fence on Plot 416 allegedly owned by a Major General.
