Meet Engineer Bashir Bayo Ojulari: Newly appointed NNPC CEO In the early hours of Wednesday, 2nd April 2025, President Bola Tinubu appointed Engineer Bashir Bayo Ojulari to replace Mele Kyari as the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited group Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Furthermore, the president removed Chief Pius Akinyelure as the chairman of NNPC board as well as all other board members appointed with Akinyelure and Kyari in November 2023.
