Gov't suspends Emir for conferring chieftaincy title on bandit leader The Zamfara State Government has suspended the Emir of Birnin ‘Yandoto in Tsafe Local Government Area, Aliyu Marafa, for conferring a chieftaincy title on a “notorious bandit leader”.
