Court declares NASS' N110b SUV allowance self-serving, unlawful The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has declared unlawful the National Assembly’s proposed ₦110 billion expenditure for luxury utility vehicles and lawmakers’ allowances, ruling that the plan violated procurement regulations and constitutional standards of public accountability.
