Kaduna Assembly: El-Rufai's Govt. embezzled over N400bn Kaduna State House of Assembly on Wednesday indicted the administration of former Governor Nasir El-Rufai of embezzling over N400 billion of the state resources. El-Rufai is yet to react to the allegation.
