Story from Sa'adatu MAINA, Damaturu The Yobe State National Population Commission (NPC) has concluded the Enumeration Area Demarcation (EAD) in nine out of the 17 local government areas of the state. While touring around the state to supervise the exercise, the state's NPC Commissioner, Alhaji Mai-Aliyu Mohammad, disclosed that his office has achieved a certain percentage of work to be done in the state.
