FROM LILIAN HOSEA, ABUJA A Federal High Court sitting in Bwari, Abuja, has dismissed a suit filed by Busola Dakolo, wife of popular musician, Timi Dakolo, against the Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo. In a suit, filed by Busola, in September, she had accused Fatoyinbo of rape, stating that the alleged action of the pastor, as well as his denial in a statement, adversely affected her marital life.
