Governor Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, yesterday, visited the Presidential Villa, Abuja, where he urged President Muhammadu Buhari to cause the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to begin oil and gas exploitation in the Gongola Basin.
