Members of the Boko Haram terrorists group have confirmed the kidnap of individuals who they claim are two employees of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), the Liaison Officer of the Yobe State Government House, Maiduguri identified as Ali Shehu Mai Lalle and a member of the Nigerian army. The terrorist group carried out the kidnap after they ambushed the officials who were travellers along Maiduguri- Damaturu road and were able to know the identity of the hostages from their employment identity cards.
