The Nigeria Police has filed charges against the former Governor of Imo State, Ikedi Ohakim for allegedly using the name of the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola to defraud unsuspecting Nigerians. The Police in a suit filed at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Abuja also accused Ohakim of giving false information against one Mrs Chinyere Lilian Amuchienwa.
