NCS seizes N31.5 million worth of contraband in Katsina The Katsina Area Command of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has intercepted contraband which Duty Paid Value was put at N31. 4 from April 1 to date. Wada Cedi, the Comptroller in charge of Katsina, made this known while displaying the goods before newsmen in Katsina. He said that the goods include vehicles, foreign rice and pasta, vegetable oil, macaroni, cow skin, premium motor spirit (petrol) and gas cylinders.
