Mystery Unravels: ‘Japa’ man found in chains after 5 years in Anambra (Video) A young man identified simply as Chigbo, who was believed to have traveled to Europe was found chained and locked up inside a hut by his family members for the past five years in Etiti village in Igbo-Ukwu, Anambra State. It was gathered that Chigbo’s family members told his friends that he had travelled abroad in 2021.
