An explosion on Oil Mining Lease 40 operated by the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NNPC) has killed seven workers, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation announced on Wednesday. The explosion occurred on Tuesday at the petroleum company’s Benin River Valve Station.
