A suspected Nigerian serial burglary offender has been arrested by Delhi Police in connection with at least five house theft cases and fleeing with electronic items like mobiles and laptops. Muhammed Auwal Aliyu, 32-year-old, who claimed to be an MBA student, was arrested from Govindpuri on Sunday, 8 November.
