Story from Sa'adatu MAINA, Damaturu The Emir of Fika, His Royal Highness, Alhaji (DR) Muhammadu Ibn Abali Muhammad Idrissa, (Chairman Yobe State Council of Chiefs, Coordinator Northeast Emirs and Cheifs and Chancellor Federal University Lokoja) has conferred the title of ‘Zanna Dujima’ on Mr Sagir Adamu Jajere, the General Manager, National Petroleum Investment Management Service (NAPIMS).
