FGN to spend N999 million daily on school feeding for 10 million pupils

The Federal Government of Nigeria says N999 million would be spent daily to feed approximately 10 million school children in the National Home Grown School Feeding Programme across the country. This was disclosed on Tuesday by the Team Lead of NHGSFP, Aishatu Digil, during a stakeholders' meeting on disbursement modalities for the review of cost of feeding in the programme in Abuja, Nigeria's capital.
