Ramadan: Kano Gov. calls for reopening of Nigerian borders Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has appealed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to consider reopening the county’s borders for importation of food stuff to alleviate the present hunger situation faced by citizens.
