Police apprehends three for drug offenses and $71,500 online fraud The Zone 16 Police Command has arrested three suspects linked to illicit drug operations and an elaborate online fraud scheme. The victims were deceived through impersonation, which allegedly emptied their pockets by $71,500 on just two individuals. The suspects have been identified as Billion Ndubuisi, Charles Amachree, and Martins Chinemike.
