NNPCL may sell refineries – Ojulari The group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited, Bayo Ojulari, has hinted on the possibility of selling the Port Harcourt, Warri, and Kaduna refineries.
