Truck crushes pedestrian in Kwara   A commercial truck which suffered brake failure has crushed a pedestrian to death at the Offa Garage Roundabout in Ilorin, Kwara State. The incident occurred around 8:00 am along the Ilorin-Ajase Ipo route.
