FCE Zaria gets acting VC after conversion to University of Education The Federal Ministry of Education has announced the appointment of Dr. Suleiman Balarabe as the acting Vice-Chancellor, Federal University of Education, Zaria. This is contained in a statement by Sani Lawal-Makarfi, Special Assistant to the acting vice-chanellor. He said the development was sequel to the conversion of the Federal College of Education, Zaria, to the Federal University of Education.
