Former Kwara deputy governor Peter Kisira passes away at 74 The former Deputy Governor of Kwara State, Peter Kisira, has passed away at the age of 74. His death was confirmed by the state government through a statement signed by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye. Kisira reportedly died in the early hours of Saturday.
