Police in Katsina bust POS scam syndicate, recover stolen millions The Katsina State Police Command has successfully busted a four-man syndicate of fraudsters who specialized in swapping Point of Sale (POS) machines to empty victims' accounts. The suspects, identified as Abdulhakeem Haruna, Habibu Kabir, Aminu Abubakar, and Abubakar Bishir, were arrested on May 12, 2024, following a tip-off.
