Abba Kyari’s interference affecting success of Boko Haram war – NSA

The National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (retd.), has blamed the President’s Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari, for the failures in the war against insurgency. Monguno said Kyari was fond of giving orders to the service chiefs without the knowledge of the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.).
