The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has appointed Senator Abdullahi Ibrahim Danbaba (Sokoto South) as the new Deputy Minority Whip of the Senate. Senator Danbaba is to replace the former Deputy Minority Whip, Senator Sahabi Ya’u (Zamfara North), who defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) along with the two other Senators from Zamfara State, penultimate week.
