Bauchi woman petitions IGP over alleged kidnap of 9-year-old daughter A mother, Iklima Manu Adamu Soro, has petitioned the Inspector General of Police (IGP) over the alleged abduction of her 9-year-old daughter, Zainab, by Bauchi State Commissioner of Water Resources, Abdulrazak Nuhu Zaki. The petition, written by Chris Umar SAN and Co, accuses Zaki of criminal conspiracy, kidnapping, obstruction of justice, and disobedience of a court order.
