Two siblings have been sentenced to 22 years imprisonment for raping four minors in Minna, the Niger State capital. In sentencing Hassan Bilyaminu and Abdullahi Biliyaminu, who are also clerics at an Islamic school, Chief Magistrate Hauwa Baba Yusuf wondered “what people like the convicts derived from assaulting and defiling little girls”.
