One Tochukwu Okeke, brain behind a criminal syndicate fingered in series of recent attacks on private citizens, security facilities and personnel in the South East region of Nigeria, has been arrested. Okeke was a Special Assistant to one of the Governors in the South East. This was disclosed by a military source who spoke under the condition of anonymity, according to PRNigeria.
