Story from Kenneth AFOR, Lagos The Lagos State Police Commissioner, Hakeem Odumosu has ordered Divisional Police Officers (DPO's) and tactical commanders to arrest unauthorized vehicle owners with non-factory tinted glasses and unapproved police spy number plates.
